This interactive workshop was designed to meet the diverse customer service needs here at FSU.  The workshop provides valuable information on how to develop and improve intercultural communication skills.  Participants engage in cross-cultural activities aimed at enhancing their skills, and motivation to communicate effectively and appropriately in a wide variety of cultural contexts.

An international cuisine food tasting segment often follows at the end of the workshop.
