Dr. Stephen D. McDowell
Chair, School of Communication
Dr. McDowell will serve as the professor of record for the internship at Walt Disney World Resort. Dr. McDowell received his doctorate from York University in International Relations. His teaching and research interests include mass media telecommunication policy, international political economy and international communication.
